Which networks are supported?
You can request USDT on Ethereum (ERC20) or TRON (TRC20). Your receiving wallet must support the exact selected network.
How long does it take?
The estimate is 1–2 hours after funds are received and confirmed. Reviews, banking hours and network congestion can affect timing.
Is the calculator a final quote?
No. It uses the daily USD/JPY market rate less a 0.0001 spread as an illustrative rate. The final exchange rate and all additional fees must be confirmed before payment.
How do I check my progress?
We send your login details on Telegram after your request. Log in under My requests to see each stage.
Can my employer pay my salary directly?
This depends on your employer, the receiving bank and the approved arrangement. Confirm acceptance before providing payment instructions.
Can I cancel a request?
Submitted requests can be cancelled in My requests. For payments already made, contact support to confirm the applicable refund conditions and costs.
Do you need my private key?
Never. Only your public receiving wallet address is required. Do not share recovery phrases, passwords or private keys.
